About Me

Joseph Farrell moved to Ponte Vedra from Rhode Island in 2014 and graduated from the University of Rhode, where he met his wife, Felicia. He has 17+ years of experience in finance, project management and IT management. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his family, spending time with friends and volunteering in the local community.

Joe and his family decided to follow both of their parents to Florida where they made Nocatee their home. He launched a very successful multi-inspector firm before deciding to become an independent home inspector to provide a more personalized experience and attention to detail. He has found that by working independently, he is able to take the time to thoroughly inspect every aspect of a home and give his clients the undivided attention they deserve. This is something that is often not possible in a larger, multi-inspector company where the focus is often on volume.

Additionally, as an owner-operator, Joe has a deep understanding of the local housing market and any specific issues that may be present in the area, which allows him to provide an even more accurate and detailed inspection report. He also has a vested interest in the quality of his work and wants to ensure that his clients are completely satisfied with the inspection and that any issues are accurately identified and reported.

He has a reputation for delivering a thorough client-focused home inspection with an eye for detail and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to home buyers/sellers and real estate professionals.
